HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY ORDER?

We try our best to ship out orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and official public holidays in the UAE. If you placed your order on a weekend or holiday, we will try our best to process the order the next business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Standard shipping: 2 – 4 business days within UAE

Express shipping: 1 – 2 business days within UAE

If you have placed an order within the UAE and experienced a delay, please allow an extra 1-2 days as local delivery schedules may vary. If you have waited past the expected delivery date, please submit a support ticket or contact our AQM World support team.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AND/OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please ensure that your shipping details and order items are correct at the time of payment, as we are unable to make any changes once your order has been processed in our system.
